Order Handling Refresher...

Before we head into our busiest season of the year, I wanted to take the time to refresh everyone on what to expect as far as turn around time and make sure you were up to speed on what to expect. (I want the season to be seamless for all of us.)
From Our Dropship Agreement Available Online:
We will ship via UPS and offers the following shipping methods – Overnight, Ground, 3 Day Select. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. EST will ship within 24 hours - guaranteed. If you order before 12:00 p.m. EST, we can usually ship the same day, but cannot guarantee it. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. If you would like to specify a date for your gift basket to be shipped, please indicate the shipping date in the gift card message section of the online order system. We reserve the right to alter same day shipping cut off during all holiday periods.
